Camden Elder
Owner & Instructor
With over a decade in the fitness industry—and six years dedicated exclusively to Pilates—Camden has guided clients of all backgrounds on their journeys to healing, strength, mobility, flexibility, and preventive care. She holds over 500 hours of formal education across reformer, mat, barrel, and Cadillac Pilates, and has accumulated 700+ hours of teaching experience, reflecting her deep commitment to mastery and client care. Her passion for movement and wellness began with her own transformation through Pilates.
After the birth of her second child, Camden committed to practicing Pilates five times a week, just six weeks postpartum. Through this consistent practice, she healed a pinched nerve, sciatica, and chronic back pain—challenges that had affected her daily life. A few years later, during her third pregnancy, her dedication to Pilates allowed her to experience no back pain, no pinched nerve, and a smooth labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Though Camden has explored many fitness styles and loves them all, Pilates is the practice she knows will stay with her for life. Beyond the studio, it has also strengthened her performance in other forms of fitness and hobbies, including golf and volleyball, improving her mobility, stability, and overall athleticism.
Inspired by her own experience and the testimony of countless clients, she is driven by the desire to share the transformative power of Pilates with her community. She founded House of Pilates to help people improve how their bodies function, enhancing strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Beyond the studio, Camden is equally committed to giving back—ensuring her business supports and uplifts the local community she loves.

Yulissa (Yuli) Flores
Instructor
Yulissa Flores is originally from New Jersey and moved to Georgia in her late teens. Growing up, she was always active, participating in gymnastics and soccer, with soccer being her main focus.
Yulissa discovered Pilates about two years ago as a hobby, but her passion for the practice truly grew after her father suffered a serious injury. After three months of physical therapy with little improvement, she introduced him to Pilates. They began practicing together twice a week, and she watched as his condition gradually improved.
Seeing his recovery firsthand inspired Yulissa to pursue her Pilates certification. She became fascinated by the science behind the practice and its ability to transform the way we move and feel. Today, she is passionate about helping others experience those same benefits through Pilates.
